Paint & Sip

Like any creative activity, painting is a great way to avoid burnout, unwind, tap your inner artist and experiment.

Whether you have any painting experience or not, our Paint and Sip sessions provide us with the therapeutic opportunity to put art into use to relieve one’s anxiety, stress and depression. It also helps one imagine new ways to engage with the world and maintain the brain’s neuroplasticity. On top of that, you get to have fun, laugh, socialise with friends, and enjoy a relaxing time over a glass of wine.
